Negroamaro is considered by many to be the king of Apulian wines, thanks to its quality and widespread popularity throughout the world.

Guagnano – The grapes are harvested by hand during the second ten days of September.
The grapes macerate for approximately seven days in stainless steel tanks at 26–28°C. The wine is then aged in French barriques for 3 months.
Ready to drink approximately one month after bottling, with an interesting evolution over the following 3–4 years.
18°C – Orecchiette with meat ragù; pasta with beans and sausage; grilled meat bombette.
