But in a land renowned for its powerful red wines, CALAVIBE chooses a lighter path. A moderate alcohol content (11.50% vol.) offers a modern and easy-drinking experience.
It has a deep red colour with violet hues. On the nose, it reveals notes of dried plum and fresh bay leaf. On the palate, it is balanced and persistent.

Guagnano – The grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of September.
The grapes macerate for approximately seven days in stainless steel tanks at 26–28°C. The wine is then aged in French barriques for 3 months.
Ready to drink approximately one month after bottling, with an interesting evolution over the following 3–4 years.
18°C – Rabbit stew with juniper; spelt, chickpea and guanciale soup; lamb casserole with cardoncelli mushrooms.
