Negroamaro Biologico Salento IGP

It is an organic negroamaro wine with a low percentage of sulphites. Ruby-red colour with garnet-coloured highlights. In the nose, red fruits and Mediterranean scrubs with light balsamic hints, saffron and tobacco. Warm, enthralling and well-balanced in the mouth.

Guagnano – Manual harvest on the second ten days of September.

The grapes macerate and ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for at least two weeks.

The wine is ready about one month after the bottling and has an interesting evolution in the next 3/4 years.

18° C – Organic pennette pasta with mushrooms and small tomatoes; orecchiette pasta with broccoli and beans; pasta with pulses soup.
