Dichiara, altresì, di essere stato/a informato/a che durante la visita potranno essere effettuate riprese video e fotografiche e che entrando negli spazi della cantina (esterni ed interni) si accetta automaticamente di essere video filmati e fotografati. Inoltre, con la presente comunicazione, accetta di cedere a Feudi di Guagnano srl tutti i diritti relativi all’utilizzo della propria immagine a condizione che i dati raccolti siano trattati in conformità al Regolamento UE 679/2016 in materia di protezione dei dati personali.
La ringraziamo per la sua disponibilità e la informiamo che entro il mese di gennaio dell’anno successivo alla presente sottoscrizione, parteciperà all’estrazione di n. 5 casse di vino (una per ognuno dei cinque estratti) della linea Diecianni. (Le spese di spedizione all’estero sono a carico del cliente)
Furthermore, I declare
to give / not to give, their specific written consent to process my personal data for further marketing purposes such as sending newsletters and communications with informative and/or promotional content, by e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp including free gifts and samples, all in relation to the activity carried out by the Feudi di Guagnano srl winery.
I also declare that I have been informed that videos and photographs may be taken during the visit and that by entering the cellar spaces (external and internal) everyone automatically accepts to be video filmed and photographed. Furthermore, with this communication, I agree to transfer to Feudi di Guagnano srl all rights relating to the use of my image on the condition that the data collected is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 regarding the protection of personal data.

We would like to inform you that, by the end of January of the next year following the signing of this agreement, you will be entered into a draw to win one of five cases of Diecianni wine (one case for each of the five selected). Shipping costs for international deliveries are to be borne by the customer.
